For an implementation trajectory to be successful, overview, management and transparency are key. Tooling can support an implementation trajectory effectively, which will expose the full management qualities of the (project) manager.

Setting up and guarding implementation trajectories

BiZZdesign’s GripManager is a tool to set up and guard an implementation trajectory. GripManager helps to keep a grip on a focus area or change trajectory, for example in Enterprise Architecture, Business Process Management or CMMI.

In our approach you get to know GripManager through theory, exercises and assignments. The variety in learning methods makes it easier for the subject matter to ‘stick’. There is time to discuss application in your own work environment.
