Learning results of the course

At the end of the course you will have reached the following learning result : You are able to function as a spindle in a Lean Program. You’ll be able to maintain contact with sponsors (management) and have a direct connection with the ‘real work’ as well. After successfully completing the exam at the end of the course, you’ll be a certified Lean Green Belt.

Who should apply?

This training course is for people who want to improve process performance and want to help organizations on a path of continuous improvement. They can be for example project managers, (internal) consultants, process experts, business analysts and process developers.

Our approach

In this training, our approach consists of a set of workshops. You don’t master Lean Management by just talking about it, but by working with it. So you start working with the techniques on your own. We use assignments to do this but you’ll be working on your own case as well.

Because of the customized practical application and the ‘cross-pollination’ of different experiences, the theory comes to life. It makes the ideas interactive, active and fun!

Timeframe

The training is 2 times 2 days and a closing day. The training days are spread out over a period of approximately 3 months, so there is ample time to work on your own case in between. You are also expected to do about 8 hours of self-study to prepare for the exam in the end.

Exam and certification

At the end of the training course, you pass an exam. If you pass this exam successfully, you’ll receive a BiZZdesign Lean Green Belt certificate.

Prerequisites

Lean Six Sigma-in-1-day Training.

The price of this training includes course materials, literature and costs for accommodation and catering services.
