Besides tools for enterprise architecture and business process management, BiZZdesign also offers tools for governance and risk management, and for the support of implementation projects.

RiskManager

Governance is primarily about managing and controlling. Risk management and compliance cover a wide area. Risk management focuses on discovering and preventing risks. Compliance focuses on showing that an organization works according certain rules and regulations. Compliance and risk management belong together: being in control!
Not every organization, however, is in control: there is no process ownership, operational risks are unknown, and it cannot be proven that one is compliant with the relevant regulations.

The BiZZdesign RiskManager® solution is an effective instrument to implement and manage risk management and compliance. The RiskManager uses the business processes, guidelines, risks, and controls as starting point, and transforms these into an approach and (if necessary) tool support to proof and to store evidence that one is in control.

GripManager

To implement changes in an organization is not easy. Examples are implementing a new structured way of working, introducing an ERP-system, or introducing frameworks like TOGAF or CMMI. Lack of grip on the implementation process results in delay, higher costs, or even failure of the implementation itself.

The GripManager® is an intranet-based solution, in which one can easily report on the level of grip on the business. Using a drill down structure, one can zoom until the level of individual change processes or process owners. The process owner is responsible for transforming the indicators of a change process from red (no grip) to green (in control), and to add proof for that.

The GripManager® consists of an approach, training, templates and a tool to manage grip via the intranet. At the end, the GripManager results in a complete set of “checked” items for all process owners. This results in explicit grip for the organization, implemented in a uniform en integral way.
