Installation and configuration

Installing the BiZZdesign tools is easy. Download the software and install it on your computer, using the install shield. Any questions you might have are answered in the installation manual, or you can contact our helpdesk. Installation takes usually less than 5 minutes.

In larger organizations with a specific software distribution process, or when using a database, the installation process is often somewhat more complicated. The installation manual helps you to do the right things. Our helpdesk helps you by phone, e-mail or internet conferencing to solve the remaining issues.

Architect and BiZZdesigner are ready to use after installation. In some cases, however, organizations want to configure the tool, for instance to add certain properties or to add or change the notation of the tool. The tool manual describes the way to do this, so you can do it yourself. In case you do not want to do this, BiZZdesign offers the necessary consultancy to do it. Usually a few hours or one or two days suffice, depending on the complexity of the configuration.

Implementing the new way of working
