BiZZdesign appoints Nick Reed as Chief Customer Officer

Reed will lead and build BiZZdesign’s global customer success team

BiZZdesign, a leading digital business design company is pleased to announce the appointment of Nick Reed as Chief Customer Officer. Reed is a senior software and services executive with a proven track record in customer success and professional services leadership in high growth software technology companies. His most recent position was VP Customer Success EMEA at Troux, which was acquired by Planview in 2015.

Reed will lead BiZZdesign’s global customer success team, and will be responsible for ensuring customers achieve their targeted business outcomes with BiZZdesign Enterprise Studio. Reed and his team will build long term customer relationships and optimize customer onboarding, enablement, implementation, adoption and support.

BiZZdesign’s customer success team will collaborate closely with customers to establish a vision and roadmap for delivering concrete business value. Reed and his team will play a crucial role in capturing customer feedback, contributing to the improvement of BiZZdesign’s market-leading software platform in line with ever changing customer needs.
