Introduction
Enterprise architecture consists of a set of principles, methods and models for the design and realization of processes, information services, technical infrastructure and organizational design. Within the world of business different architectural domains exist, such as business-, process- , application-, information- and technological architectures. The language ArchiMate, the standard within The Open Group, brings about the integration between domains with architectural visualisation techniques. Along with these techniques  ringing forth the connection and relations between the differing domains, ArchiMate provides the enterprise architect with unique tools for the support and improvement of the architectural process. In this two day practitioners course, concluded by a short exam, you will learn in detail about ArchiMate. Registration as an ArchiMate certified architect through The Open group (with successful completion of the exam) is included with this training.

Target Group
This training is meant for those that are going to be working with ArchiMate. This includes, among others, business-, enterprise- and IT-architects, as well as consultants and project managers.

Course Structure
With the use of presentations and exercises the participant will be familiarized with ArchiMate.

Foundation training ArchiMate

Additional Information
This is a one day course. The course goes well in combination with the practitioners training TOGAF. It is also possible to follow a combined TOGAF/ArchiMate practitioners course.
